Is catering included in the package prices?

No, catering prices are completely separate from those of the Kiva Club. Some packages do include bar/beverage services but any food services are additional.

Are outside caterers allowed to be brought in?

We work exclusively with two caterers, The Verde Grill and All About Catering Co.  This does not extend to cake vendors, although both caterers offer cake services.  In special circumstances, we will allow for other outside caterers.  This is at the sole discretion of the Weddings team, and there is a $950 outside catering fee which is added to the site fees.

Are there food & beverage minimums?

Yes, and these minimums fluctuate based on the time of day, day of week, and time of year.  Our weddings team can provide this detailed information upon inquiry.   

Are there restrictions on other vendors?

Any other vendors are welcome. In fact, we offer a list of all our preferred vendors here on our website, those who come here frequently and are professional and a pleasure to work with.

What kind of deposit is required to hold the date?

$500 is due at the time of contract signing. The rest of your event balance will be due 30 days before your event.

May we bring in our own alcohol for the reception?

No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. Due to our Arizona Liquor License, all alcohol must be purchased through us.
