Jennifer Olohan
Weddings & Events Manager

An Arizona State University graduate with a background in Communications and Public Relations, Jenn Olohan joined the Trilogy at Vistancia team in 2005.   Her skills were immediately recognized, and she rapidly garnered greater responsibility and larger roles.  In 2009, Jenn was placed in a position that is clearly suited to both her background and personality – that of Weddings & Events Manager.  A soft design aesthetic and an approachable way with people has helped Jenn execute dozens of successful weddings, and the number of happy brides continues to grow.

Dolan Olson
Director, Food & Beverage
Verde Grill

With more than two decades of experience in restaurants and restaurant management, Dolan Olson is a proven leader in the world of Food & Beverage.  From managing individual restaurants to overseeing a portfolio of outlets, Dolan has consistently been able to lead teams to provide great service, delicious cuisine, and a fun atmosphere.  As the leader of the Verde Grill operation, Dolan works hand-in-hand with Jenn Olohan to ensure that the catering needs for every bride are met and exceeded.

Michael Santonino
Director, Resort Operations

A proven leader in all aspects of hospitality management, Michael Santonino brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge.  In addition to supporting Jenn in the weddings and catering business, Michael oversees the entire 35,000+ square foot Kiva Club, the premier private resort club in the West Valley.
